Do you deliver?

I typically do not deliver. For most orders, pickup is at my home in Greenbrier/Coopertown, TN. If you have a large order that you need delivery for, please mention so in your inquiry and I will let you know if I can accommodate your request.

How do I pay for my order?

To secure your order, a 50% deposit of the total order amount is required, with the remaining balance due on the day of pickup or delivery. I accept Venmo, CashApp, Cash. Payments through my website support all major credit card companies including Afterpay and Klarna.

How far in advance should I place my order?

It's best to place your order at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for custom cakes and large orders.

What is your cancellation policy?

All deposits made to secure an order are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding of this policy, as deposits are used to reserve specific dates and materials for your order. Thank you for your understanding.

Can you do flavors or desserts not listed on your menu?

Yes! I make a mean cheesecake and various fruit pies. If you’ve got a craving for something specific, include it in your inquiry and I will let you know if I can accommodate your request.
